Essa casa projetada por Yechiel Yogev, fica em Bervely Hills e é absolutamente uma
das minhas casas favoritas. Seu
estilo é moderno, porém seus aposentos são aconchegantes. Essa combinação do
moderno e do aconchegante não é fácil de ser obtida, mas essa casa consegue
isso com perfeição. O
uso do vidro em larga escala, os espelhos d’água, a iluminação e sua forma
garantem o modernismo e a madeira, tapetes e texturas garantem o aconchego.
This house designed by Yechiel Yogev, lplaced at Bervely Hills, it's one of my dream houses. It is modern and cozy at the same time. This combination it's not a easy to achieve. The glass walls, the waterways and the ilumination makes it modern and the wood floor, the carpets and differents textures makes the house cozy.
The trees around the house guarantee the privacy on the big glass walls, it gives the feeling of being in a tree house, which is very relaxing.
Outra coisa muito legal dessa casa é a iluminação azul.
Another cool thing about this house are the blue lights.

cobertura foi utilizada para a piscina e uma área de descanso. Perfeito pra uma
vista da cidade e para o sol bater o dia inteiro na piscina, sem a sombra da
casa. De noite, a cobertura vira um ótimo lugar para festas.
The pool is located on rooftop, receiving sunlight all day long. The rooftop also has a lounge area, that is perfect for parties at night, with a beautiful view of city lights.
